Independent scientist and discoverer of the Quantum DNA of Creation.

For more than 35 years, independent scientist Lic. Juan Carlos Pérez Velázquez has dedicated his life to the research, development, and refinement of his scientific discovery: the Quantum DNA of Creation, the foundation of a new science called Genetic Vibration.

He has held roles as a university professor, research professor, scientific director, independent scientist, and scientific advisor.

Since his university years, he has sought a concept that would represent a constant absolute truth across time, in the face of the relative truths of human thought.

For a long period of his life, away from society, he devoted himself entirely to research, eventually achieving the Scientific Discovery: laws, principles, and natural space-time properties unknown to humanity, establishing the XL Genetic Control System and, with it, the quantum tool that became a Quantum Intelligent Computer System also known as the XL Matrix.

He then managed to visualize, for the first time, the formation design of any existence, and in this way, the following characteristics can be determined:

  • Defining the function for which a given existence was created.
  • Defining the connection or interrelation of each creation with its territory of existence and its participants.
  • Defining how far it reaches and what the potential of existence is for each creation.

For any creation, we could know its specific usefulness, as well as the type of relationship and the extent of its capacity and possibilities. There is no doubt that we are dealing with a source of information that will help minimize the time required for scientific research on one hand, and, on the other, help us truly understand the reason behind every existence in the universe.

Therefore, this new science can be applied in many different ways, including the possibility of visualizing the:

Creation design of any person, organization, political party, company, public or private organization, country, government, town, plant, animal, atom, cell, toxin, disease, universe, planet, galaxy, food, molecule, among many other existences.

All of these discoveries led to the conception of a new science, called Genetic Vibration, which is supported by the following structure:

  • XL Genetic Control System: made up of the natural properties and laws, as well as the principles that govern space-time in the process of creation throughout the universe.
  • XL Matrix: an intelligent computerized system that, through a space-time formula structure, allows the visualization of any desired creation design. The formula system used originates from the laws and properties themselves that were discovered; therefore, nothing is invented.
  • Literary Support: a compendium of 10 volumes that share everything discovered and the results of its applications across various fields of science and society.
